The maintenance costs incurred by the product quality during the warranty period shall be borne by our company; for the problems caused by human factors, we will provide repairs free of charge, and the materials and accessories used for maintenance will only be charged at the cost price.
All complaints about product quality are answered within 1 hour. If the equipment is not working properly, the customer service staff will be dispatched to the scene within 6 hours during the working hours in the Pearl River Delta. The non-working time will dispatch the customer service staff to the scene within 24 hours; outside the Pearl River Delta, dispatch as soon as possible (usually within 72 hours) Customer service personnel arrive at the scene to solve the problem.
All of the complaints about product quality, customer shall receive reply from CST within an hour. Should there be any malfunction of machine, whilst around Delta Pearl area we promise to send CST to the scene within 6 hours during working hours, or 24 hours for non-working hours. For customer far away from Delta Pearl area we shall arrange CST to the scene usually within 72 hours.
Within the warranty period, the maintenance costs incurred by the product quality are borne by our company. No labor charge incurred for any fixation regardless the problems is caused by mis-operate or other reasons, repair charges apply for material used only.
